We had 19 windows installed 9 months ago.
The biggest issue we had was the replacement of our three big front windows. We asked for a 2/3--1/3 split, but instead 1/2-1/2 windows were installed. Our salesman told us he would pay to have them fixed, so we were very happy with that. However, we were told they'd be completed in 8-10 weeks, and they weren't. Then he told us by the end of October, then by Thanksgiving....however, we never heard from him. After more calls and 9 months, the windows were finally fixed. They are definitely more beautiful and fit with the style of our house much better, so I am VERY happy they eventually did replace them.
I wouldn't say that the windows are amazing, but they at least look nice and the installers did a great job. There were only a few spots where they cracked the wooden frame to fit the new window in, but other than that we were pleased. They gave us a better deal than other offers we could find, but I would probably never use them again. Their customer service has been pretty good, but I do not have an overall great recommendation for this company.
