We ordered window's from this company was not really thrilled with the work but tried to get the screens off and the plastic handles broke when trying to pull them up. We had 10 windows put in and can not get any of the screens off without bending the frame. Talked to Crystal who said just bend all of them up and bring them in that they would replace them. Come on who would replace that many screens. We could not get past her to talk to anyone. When any one asks about our windows we tell them do not go with Advanced Windows. Have 11 windows to go will find someone else.
