Review content:
We ordered 7 windows. 5 for new construction and 2 to replace old existing windows. The salesman was very professional and knew his product. The windows arrived on schedule, however, there was a problem with the measurements on the 2 retrofit windows. The installer put them in temporarily anyway so as to close up the holes where the old windows were taken out. Three days later he came back on a Saturday (he doesn't usually work on Saturdays) with the correct windows and had them installed very quickly. So, although there was a problem, it was resolved quickly and I got a check in the mail a week later giving me a refund amount for the extra trouble. I would use this company again.
