I had a horrific experience with Gerald Sommer who is an employee of Advanced Window Products. He offered and promised if I accepted his bid for windows, to throw in for free a front door. He also made other promises that went directly against Advanced Window Products polocies and products. When the time came for follow through, he denied his proposal and never provided the door. When approached about the problem the company said they don't provide doors and this was something he does on his own. They did not even try to settle the dispute. This salesman will promise great things and not deliver..... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.!!!!!!!!!!! Pay more somewhere else and avoid the stress, headache, dishonest, revolting customer denial.
