My house is only 7 years old but I had the cheap builder grade windows installed in my beautiful new home and they only continue to give me problems. I love the new windows that were installed in my home and can't begin to explain how nice it is to know that if I have any issues in the future that I'm going to be dealing directly with the manufacturer. The difference is amazing! I love them! Josh was a great salesperson and really made it work within my budget and got me the best window out there for what I could afford.
