My bf and I were in Flagstaff for the day doing some shopping. We were famished and both had sushi cravings because we had planned on another sushi restaurant but randomly end up at Hiro's due to its location. The wait wasn't really that long... but after being seated everything went down hill. We ordered a lot of food... always excited to try new sushi! Our orders from the kitchen came right out and after waiting... and more waiting... and more waiting... our waiter came and asked if we would like dessert or our check? So we told him that we were waiting on our sushi still. After that he did his best to bring it out, but we were in such a hurry that half of it had to be boxed up to go. The sushi was a complete let down. There was a lot of imitation crab used in almost every order... it got almost nauseating to keep eating. It was cheaper than most sushi places I normally go to... so I guess you really do get what you pay for. I would not go there again or recommend it.
Pros: Not very expensive, located next to shopping
Cons: Bad service, bad sushi
