Review content:
I went to the Burger King in Pontiac at about 10:45 in the morning on Saturday. I ordered my food after waiting about 10 minutes then I waited to pick up my food. Before I could pick up my food a pleasant manager answered the phone from the front counter. She sounded very courteous on the phone. She went to give the other manager, the one around the side of the kitchen in plain sight from the front counter, the phone. The manager who answered the phone anounced who was on the phone to the other manager. The manager in the back then started to yell about employees not showing up on the weekends and something about firing people. I do not believe that I needed all that information and I also don't think it is very professional for her to be yelling through the store when there are customers around. This was the first time I have seen something like this happen at this resteraunt. Any other time I have visited they have been nice and the service was quick. This time may be the last time I eat at this particular Burger King.
Pros: the food was ok but we waited a while for it
Cons: the manager in the back was rude by yelling through the store
