I chose Nancy's Nannies because I wanted peace of mind when hiring a nanny to take care of my child. I was looking for a highly professional service, highly qualified candidates that were carefully screened, as well as, a certain level of personalized service.\r
The agency failed in fulfilling my expectations. After a good start, in which the agency identified our needs as a family, the agency repeately failed to provide appropriate candidates, provide guidance or any personalized service. The process has been frustrating because of this lack of personal service.\r
I feel I have wasted money and precious time. I wish I could provide a good review, but the agency simply didn't live up to the image they project.
