If you are looking for a nanny, this service is top-notch. Personalized matching of nanny with the family, thorough background checking, contract negotiation and production are all handled efficiently and professionally. My family has used the Raleigh office of Nancy's Nannies on two occasions to locate a nanny for twin boys (under 2 years of age). The first nanny left for a bigger job after 18 months, but still helps us on weekends and fillins. The second nanny is terrific as well, and she is getting the boys involved in excellent outside activities. Rita, the Raleigh office partner of Nancy's Nannies, is wonderful to work with. She got to know my family and started providing us with the resumes of screened candidates within a day or two. It is reassuring to know that these candidates have chosen the nanny profession, and then have chosen to register with Nancy's Nannies, and then have been background checked. This is a level of assurance that you cannot get by placing your own ad in the newspaper. For both of the nannies that we hired, it took less than two weeks from the call to Rita to signing a contract. Nancy's Nannies is truely an example of the old adage ""you get what you pay for."" Nancy's Nannies offers skilled and experienced candidates that are screened and matched to your family, plus the contract support and advice to get the employment started smoothly. Rita even contacts us periodically, just to see how everything is going. By using the services of Nancy's Nannies rather than performing our own search, we gained peace of mind and avoided lots of hassles. The agency fee is quite reasonable, and I feel like we got our money's worth and more. As a repeat customer of Nancy's Nannies, I recommend their services with no reservations.
