Review content:
I recently remodeled my home. It was a serious job and I didn't handle it well. It started with what I thought was a major problem. Rain came through the roof of my sunroom terribly. That problem became minor as serious structural problems were discovered. The contractor I who had made the most reasonable estimate for the small project discovered the problems and I didn't think to get further bids. I wanted the problem solved. I had not been introduced to Joshua and Nathan at this point. The sunroom had to be totally dismantled and rebuilt. We then had the LP siding removed and replaced with hardie board then painted. When we decided to put in hardwood floors the original contractor made a bid consistent with his other pricing. A friend told me about ""Broken to Beautiful"" so I called them. Their bid was one third of the other. It gets better. In the process of preparing the floor they discovered a serious structural problem similar to the one found on the other side of the room. Now why is that a surprise? Nathan and Joshua corrected the problem and again at probably 1/10th what the other guy would have charged. But that's only money. Just or more importantly they came in worked full hard days and got my home to be a home again in days not months. I can only say that I wish that I had met them earlier. Thank you guys. I love the home you have made for my bride and me. Mahalo and Aloha Pros: Honest, no short-cuts,no gouging, reliable, serious workers Cons: could not find any
