Review content:
It's too bad that the Tri-Cities doesn't have more bakery options, because I am never going to Lonardo's again. I've always been shocked by the high prices, and have been disappointed in some of the items I've purchased there. I once had to spit a scone out and throw it away because it was so bad - I think someone went a little crazy with the salt.\r

Then the last time I went in the woman behind the counter seemed annoyed at the appearance of a customer in her store, then actually appeared to get angry and raised her voice when I asked if she knew the next time they would be making cheesecake. ""Oh no,"" she said. ""I've got way too much to do to make YOU any promises!"" \r
\r
Gosh, so sorry to bother you with my crazy notion that you might have a schedule I could learn so I would know when to come in! I was going to get something else, but instead left without buying anything. I'll spend my money somewhere else! I hear Costco has good cheesecake!
Pros: the desserts look yummy
Cons: rude service, very expensive, inconsistent quality
