Review content:
Our community uses Talis Management. Our community manager is Bonnie Giles. It took me bugging her for 3 MONTHS to get the color that I was required to paint my front door. I hired a painter, and he painted my door and it turned out the color they gave me was incorrect, not even close. They acknowledged they gave me the wrong color but blamed it on the person that gave it to them. The person that gave it to them informed them approx. 2 weeks before I painted my door to let them know it was incorrect. Bonnie denied knowing for a week and finally sent an email saying she was informed earlier that month. When I requested reimbursement to cover repainting the door, Bonnie started with she didn't know again - Even though she admited it in an email she sent to me the day before. \r \r Regardless of this, the management company was the one who gave the wrong information. They should not have gone by the color someone in the neighborhood thought it was. They are paid to handle these types of things. They should reimburse me. \r \r Cons: Everything
