From what I have heard, they are run by Toll Brothers so if you live in a Toll community it should come as no surprise this is who they use as their ""community management"".
That said, if given the choice I would never use them as an HOA company. If in the business I would never use them.
Unfortunately for us we don't have that choice right now.
Their website is archaic and never works (except to collect payment, shocker!), they need to be emailed several times to get a reaction- which often doesn't equate to action, no management seems to be in place, etc.
My big complaint is you aren't paying us to supervise the maintenance that needs to be done, we are paying you to do that... So PLEASE represent the mission we pay you oh too well to do!
