I am very puzzled by Carolinagirl74’s comments in the review below. Talis is a MANAGEMENT company that acts at the board of director’s direction. When you buy a townhouse you are still a homeowner and the responsibilities as a homeowner are spelled out in the Association’s covenants. Many of us, including myself, have incurred large unexpected expenses in the last year. I suppose that is the downside of ownership. We have cameras to protect our property and we had pictures of Carolinagirl74’s daughter at 2:00 in the morning breaking our entrance gate. That is clearly their expense. The damage to their house is also an owner expense. I think we owe Bonnie Giles our manager and Talis Management a vote of thanks for dealing with many difficult situations.
