Well I love my neighbors, but Talis is a sub-par management company. I'm being fined $100 per week and Talis won't even call me back from my repeated messages. If you're thinking of using this company....just don't do it. Don't even move into a place that uses them. It's just not worth it. I've gotten sick over their fines and allegations. My husband and I (who own a local business in town and are outstanding residents of our town) have never received such poor service without any way to state our case. Their rules are ridiculous and they find ways to stay in power like having community meetings off-site, not posting meetings, and having a very poor website. I urge all of you to stop using this company. My rating would be negative as well. Good luck!!
