Facets 58 is a nice and welcoming jewelry store in Huntington Beach. They have a great variety of jewelry even though it is a smaller store. You will for sure find something unique there, not just the same styles you see at all the “chain” stores in the malls. After trying about 15 different jewelry stores in Orange County, I finally found Facets 58 and was pleasantly surprised to find a unique ring for my girlfriend. The location is very convenient too, which is nice.
The staff at Facets 58 are all very helpful and take a lot of time to explain and educate their customers. They are real people and not pushy salesmen. To keep your warranty you do have to bring in the piece every 3 months for cleaning, but that is pretty standard for most places. When you do go, they will clean your other jewelry too, even if you didn’t buy it there.
When I brought back my girlfriend to have the ring sized (PS she LOVED it!), she felt very comfortable there too and after we left she kept mentioning how nice the staff were and that they are NOT pushy like so many other jewelry store staff we have visited! While the ring was getting sized, the staff spent at least 30 minutes educating her and myself on “the right way to buy a diamond” (I told them, I would be coming back to get an engagement ring soon). She likes more unique/vintage styles that are hard to find and she found 3 that she loved. This may not seem like a lot, but for her picky-ness that was a lot! We have gone to many other jewelry stores like Robbins Brothers that have hundreds of rings and she has never walked away liking anything that much, so I was thrilled with their selection.
The people that have reviewed this place poorly, must have been having a bad day because we have been there many times now and we always have a wonderful experience. If you like quality/unique selection, nice REAL not pushy staff, all at an affordable price, then give Facets a try. You WON’T be disappointed.
