This place is a wonderfully kept secret. Equipment is clean and superb, folks are friendly and not there is never a wait for any machine. My son lost 45lbs simply by taking classes and hitting the treadmill. People of all ages, sizes and walks of life. Come early enough and may see a celeb or two training. Overall, a great place to workout.
Pros: No waiting for machines
Cons: Bring your own towel or buy one
