Review content:
Waiting to hear back from the owner about a rug that they ruined and another rug they did not clean but charged me for. I have always trusted them before but I can no longer. They quoted me a price on two rugs to get cleaned then told me it would be 4 times that amount when I picked them up. There were large holes in the one rug and the other rug was filled with dirt and debris. I shuck it out only to get dirt all over my living room. I am ashamed of them. I will keep you posted on what the result will be when they call back.
