After visiting this establishment in a strip mall, I was very surprised to find this "diamond in the rough"--restaurant. I've had Sal's pizza before from Royal Palm and Jupiter... was ok food, but not did not get the "boutique" feel until I met the staff in this particular chain... Those other areas gave me the feel of, "oh yes, you're a customer, ehhh..." But not Wellington- Wellington set themselves apart from other Sal's. Manager, who I seem to see ALL THE TIME, and lively staff that actually like working there... made me feel more welcomed and well-- Frankly, appreciated. Now I see the alignment with "like Mama used to make it..." It gave the Family feel and not the "Chain" feel. Check them out-- see the Manager and Owner at work and shows appreciation in what he is building.\r
Thanks Sal's of Wellington. A must go for me, everytime I visit FL!!!
