Review content:
We had terrible service on Sunday April 17th. Kelly S. was our server who got smart with my husband just because he ask for more ice water. Once I said something to her about it she act like she didn't have an attitude but made the comment: ""It's just one of those days"". WOW! Well maybe she shouldn't have come to work to deal with the public. I wrote the owner and the managers and no response to the way we were treated. Don't go to this Carrabba! The Carrabbas in Sterling Heights by Lakeside mall has better staff, better service and the manager actually comes around and speaks to all the guests!
