Review content:
I was very surprised to find out that this restaurant was a chain. I am a very picky eater and am very hesitant to go out to eat because usually places wont make substitutions for me. When I requested to have something made different from the way it is normally prepared the managing partner came out to the table and informed me that everything is made from scratch so making substitutions or adding different things to my dinner was no problem. Much to my surprise I saw him go back in the kitchen and actually make my meal for me. The food is excellent and we will continue to dine here for a long time! Pros: Grat food and service Cons: A little to dark
