Review content:
I made an appointment with the apartment manager, who sounded very nice on the phone. When we showed up for our appointment, nobody was there. We knocked, rang the bell, and called. We waited for about half an hour before we left. We kept calling throughout the day, and nothing. Despite our numerous messages, the manager NEVER called me or my husband back to explain why she did not keep her appointment. While we were there, a woman pulled up to take a brochure, and she told us that she had also left repeated messages and never got called back. This behavior is extremely unprofessional. If something had changed, she could not keep the appointment, or if she had rented the last available unit, she had my number and could have called me. People often travel very far to look at apartments. I don't care how nice the units were, I would never want to live in a place with such an unprofessional manager.
