Review content:
Overcharged, did not meet his contract, built unsafe structure, poorly designed (by the contractor) and not to code, used low quality materials that are not to code, poor workmanship, mismatched paint, door doesn't fit, foundation sinking, roof in danger of collapse and many other discrepancies and contract violations. His answer to problems was delays and excuses as to why he couldn't meet with me about it. His letters in response to my attorney elicited more excuses but provided some valuable insights into his practices and lack of building knowledge that will come in handy in court. Cost me several thousand dollars for a real architect and a competent builder to redo the thing. After that he tried to bill me for another thousand dollars without an explanation or approved change order. Have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. Litigation pending. Pros: None, None, None Cons: incompetent, poor workmanship, questionable ethics
