Review content:
The staff at in all of the departments at this dealership are the most talented group I've met at any dealership.
I searched all over the Chicago area for the Harley I wanted and finally found the model I wanted at Crete, HD. The salesperson (Ron--who unfortunately has since left the dealership) was the knowledgeable and patient. The sales manager was equally as helpful along with all of the people in the parts and service department.
I've even had people in the clothing department dig up shirt sizes that fit me without even asking them to look.
Remember when you're making a large purchase on something like a motorcycle that you want to have service just as good after the sale as you did before.
That's exactly how they do things at Harley Davidson of Crete, IL
