I took my wife out for sushi on her birthday. This was the first time we had eaten at the Umi Japanese Steakhouse, but I had heard good reviews about it. It was a wonderful experience. \r
We sat at the sushi bar where we watched the sushi chef work his magic; the man had his hands full as we had ordered the ?King Boat.? (sashimi, sushi, California roll, tekka, Boston, unagi maki, kappa maki.) which comes with miso soup and salad. \r
The waiter spoke perfect English and was very prompt without being overly chatty. We had great views of two different hibachi chefs working at their stations and they were amazing also.\r
Our food arrived beautifully displayed and was the finest sushi I had had in this area.\r
My wife was on the phone telling some friends about the place before we pulled out of the parking lot.\r
I cannot wait to go again.\r
Pros: You can order from both the sushi bar and the habachi grill at the same time.
Cons: I found no cons.
