I would go to Petsmart over this place any day. I had 2 horrible experiences at the Dublin location Pet People. They have good products but are very overpriced, some of the staff, especially Debbie the assistant manager, are EXTREMELY rude. I was there for an adoption event as part of a rescue group and both times we were there we were treated horribly. It was clear we were unwanted and they were not friendly towards us or our foster dogs. It was obvious to me Debbie does not like her job and definantly does not like people. After we told her we were unhappy and leaving an hour early, she was giving us mean looks, being very rude, never apologized for making us feel that way, we bought a $20 harness and she huffed and puffed when we asked her to help us fit it to the dog. IK called corporate and talked to Terri, who also never apologized for how we were treated. I will NEVER return to this location and have told friends and family to not return also because thats how bad it was. Petsmart is ALWAYS friendly, makes me feel welcome and has great prices.
