My repeated service at this location has been fantastic and I wouln't take my car anywhere else. The repairs are not necesarily cheap, but no car repairs are cheap. I wouln't want cheap anyways, I want it done right. I took my car in on one occasion and was unfortunately told that my breaks were shot. Luckily the manager made sure that the job was done quickly and wouln't let me leave until the job was done. He said it was a safety issue, and he wouldn't let me go in the car if he thought the breaks were unsafe. I truely appreciate his concern for my overall safety and getting the job done right! I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else even now that I have purchased a new vehicle. Thank you Tuffy on Cleveland and Shrock!
