I agree with all of the other reviewers who said how rude and horrible Dan was to them. I bought a bike from him, then tried to have it serviced there. The experience was amazingly hostile and unprofessional. He also hung up the phone on me. It seemed like he wanted to start a physical fight. Mental imbalance? It left me very shaken and I've never been back since. I tell all my friends to avoid him. I've heard this opinion confirmed by many people, even strangers. I hope he reads these reviews and gets some help or at least stops interacting with the public.
