Review content:
I found their website on google (they were right around the corner from where my girlfriend worked) and ordered birthday flowers to be sent to her through the teleflora website. I ordered the premium version (two levels up--above both the deluxe and standard) of the ""How Sweet It Is"" arrangement. I had my girlfriend take a photo of the bouquet and send it to me, and boy was I disappointed. It looked nothing like the picture on the website (not one or two substitutions, but just COMPLETELY nothing alike) and so much smaller than even the STANDARD version of the arrangement. Furthermore, I'd placed the order over a week ago, so I feel that they were given ample time to procure the flowers needed for the arrangement. Even with substitutions, I felt cheated as I'd paid almost double the standard price to upgrade to a premium arrangement.
Being in a long-distance relationship, I had wanted to find a reliable florist for future special occasions and was hopeful since they were so close to where my girlfriend worked. Because of their bait-and-switch way of doing business, they've lost someone that would have been a fairly regular customer for them.
