to start off there add is extrmemly missleading i called them for an estimate on windows i saw and add for 189 each window i was like hey great deal only to find out that it was a very cheap window the top window didnt even move so the salesman showed me another window it was 100 dollars more. i descided to do the job with them after about 3 weeks i needed the windows to be resealed i was told that since i lived in brooklyn there would be a 25 dollar fee. they said it was becasue it was a far drive from long island, i dont see how that it is my fault as to were i live. i have new windows that leak water and allow drafts i dont see why i sould have paid anything to have them fixed properly. stay away from this company, i should ahve realized it when they charged me an extra $25 "" fuel surcharge"" to install the windows to begin with
