I've been taking my cats here since 1992 and have received only the best of care from the desk personnel right up to the doctors. They all take a genuine care and interest in your pet, and remember not only your name but your pet's names as well. The entire office cried when I had to have my cat put down 5 years ago. He was a frequent visitor/patient during his 11 years and got to be quite well known and loved by the entire staff. This is truly a family oriented office.\r

Dr. Green and Dr. Kinne (who happen to be married) are top rate doctors thathave a unique talent with animals. Other than the now retired Dr. Newman, they are they only docs I've dealt with, but I'm sure the other vets are equally capable, caring, and compassionate.\r

I HIGHLY recommend this practice to all pet owners in the Albany,NY area!!!!!
Pros: Top notch staff, well priced, great location, awesome service.
Cons: Only thing I can think of is no Sunday hours, but hey, everybody needs a day off...
