I decided to use Offsite Backup Solutions because they were the easiest to work with, from integrating graphics and logos to using their billing system.
We have been using them for about 1 year to manage the offsite backups for our clients. They were very quick and efficient in getting everything going for us.
When we had a customer who lost all of the general images from her practice, Offsite Backup Solutions was instrumental in getting the data back quickly and efficiently.
We were able to get the customer back up and running, including buying new server hardware and implementing it, in a short amount of time.
We have had a fantastic experience with Offsite Backup Solutions. Every interaction with them has gone well. I would definitely recommend them.
