I dropped my lens for free estimate. then a week later, I went there to pick up my lens, the guy claims that he didn't even open the lens, (wonder how he came up with the repair estimate then) but my lens became unusable. Auto focus didn't work which worked fine before i went to the shop. However, when i questioned them about this problem, they were like they didn't open it, it was like that from the beginning, then this guy told me to sue him and was telling his assistant to give me the police number.
Obviously I will never go there. Horrible service. What kind of repair shop makes pecfectly working lens to nonfunctional?
PS: the guy said he's never opened the lens but when i got the lens there were fingerprints all over the rear glass.
