Review content:
We bought a home in Seekonk a few months ago and it had an above ground pool. It needed a new liner. The previous owners left the paperwork to the pool and it was installed by Namco here in Seekonk. So we took the paperwork in to Namco and asked them what type of liner we needed to buy and if they could install it. John informed us that we needed a J-hook liner and that he could install it but said that he's booked for a few weeks and will call us when he's ready to install it (John is the guy that installs pool liners independently from Namco...but he basically works there). The prior owners also told me it was a J-Hook. So I bought a J-Hook liner from ebay for about $100 less than what John wanted to sell me. Cut to a few weeks later. I get an email from my wife at work telling me that the liner is installed and, oh btw, she had to buy a new liner from John because our pool doesn't take a J-hook, it takes a beaded. He just so happened to have a beaded liner with the exact dimensions we needed in his van! My wife knows nothing about pools...and I was at work. Plus he didn't even level out the sand the bottom of the pool and it now has a bunch of large craters in it. Anyway I went to go confront him. John is there at Namco everyday like he works there but yet he's supposed to be independent...yeah, shady. He gave me some bs about how he would have had to cut the whole deck to install the J-hook. In truth he only had to unscrew a few boards and the J-hook could have easily been installed. Moral of the story...John is a lazy low life, and don't have him install a liner for you. Everyone else at the Namco Seekonk is great though.
