I may be biased since I'm a relative but I don't know what these people are talking about. I've been going there for 15 years and my experiece is that when you are nice to people, they are nice back. The sisters store is the best in the city and I always get incredible deals. People who think the prices are high simply don't know what retail prices on expensive furniture are. This isn't Ikea. Virtually everything in my house is from this store and when my friends compliment me I tell them that I got it here.\r
