Review content:
I have had many facials and they are supposed to be relaxing, but this one wasn't. The aesthetician was friendly and asked the right questions about my skin, but her movements with her hands were rough and too quick, instead of smooth and slow. The neck and shoulder massage was choppy, the scalp massage was painful and the foot and calf massage was almost pleasant but still too rapid. Also, there was no hot water in the treatment room, so when she wiped off the creams from my face and chest, it was with cold sponges - another thing that made me flinch. Usually after a facial I feel calm and rested, but after this one I felt like I'd been through the wringer!
Pros: Reasonable price, friendly atmosphere
Cons: bad location, poorly trained aesthetician
