OK... I had a gift certificate for a half day's worth of treatments. Facial, massage, manicure, pedicure, lunch. \r For starters, they opened late and when I was finally let in at about 9:10 for my 9:00 appointment, only the receptionist was there. It was another several minutes before anyone showed up for my first treatment.\r Over all, massage and facials were not relaxing enough and I felt rushed. as soon as both ended, it was bright lights on. Lots of chatter among the help could be heard too. While getting my facial, my esthetician talked to me about work. YUK!\r My lunch was served to me on my lap while I was getting my pedicure. I couldn't balance anything. So it was pedicurist that had the sense to get me a side table so she could actually work on my feet without fear of a foot bath full of turkey salad. My manicurist/pedicurist was great. She is new to the establishment and I would return to her for my regular sessions if it were closer to home. \r The place is hidden behind the u-haul location at 19th and the 101 and they do nothing to market themselves. The place was virtually empty all day. Pros: Nice people attended to me Cons: Loud and disorganized. Bright lights in the massage and facial rooms too much of the time.
