Very un-positive experience. Had my 1200s serviced here. Asked specifically to get my pitch faders replaced and was told in my estimate that that was the price i was paying to have this done. when i picked them up i had to catch them in the act. They didnt tell meanything about not doin what i asked when i was paying. I asked where are the junk faders u should have replaced? To this they replyed that they did not do what i asked and merely cleaned and oiled the faders. This was not what i asked for or what was told i was paying for. The rca cables i had them replace are enormous and have trouble fitting by my mixer now. They replaced my pop up light with leds and have them mis directed so hardley any light is emitted as well as i am unsure if they even added a new resistor. They bent one of the pitch plates over the green light so it bulges now. They also did not calibrate them when they were finished which appears to be part of what i payed for. Finally they didn t even call me to tell me they were ready after i had expressed urgency. I would not recommend them for your turntables. would give 0 stars
