Review content:
Quite often one of the receptionists is rude. I have a standing order for a blood draw. The second time I went they couldn't find my order. They didn't have it on their computer and they didn't have it in a file. I called my doctor and had them fax another. When I went to the lab the next day, they said they didn't have the fax (it had been sent to them). I called the doctor again and waited for the fax at which time they drew my blood. They poked and poked to find my vein, just kept going in and out. They always drew from the same arm too, until one tech said she should draw from the other arm because I have developed scar tissue in that arm due to repeated draws from the same spot. If I had a choice of another nearby lab, I would say bye-bye to Quest.
