Was with this place for 5 years and had an unreal amount of them screwing up. The least of it was sending my prescription to the wrong address at least 5 times. Then they changed my prescription TWICE without telling me (which is illegal), and tried to make it my fault. Go to Balanced Hormones and Health in Austin, the medical director is a good friend of mine and he is the best doctor I've ever met (and I don't like most doctors). On top of everything, Balanced Hormones and Health uses the same pharmacy and I found out today NBH was making money off of my thyroid hormone when they told me specifically they don't. My exact same prescription at Balanced Hormones is $74 and at NBH they were charging me $115, sometimes $130.
