My hair cut and color were done by Deb. She is very nice and had been doing my hair for about 3 months. The price was always the same. I went yesterday and after the color she asked me if I was going back to work and I said yes. She then asked me about a cut and I said no, I didn't have time but would make an appt for another day. She said something about drying my hair and I said yes, I expected that and to make it look like it looked when I came in. She proceeded to dry my hair and then use the flat iron on it. This process took less than 15 mins. When I got to the desk she charged me $25 extra for a dry and style! She didn't even do a good job. My hair looked terrible the rest of the day. I like her but I'm not paying $25 for them to finish the job so I won't be back. I've never been charged from any salon for drying my hair (I have a short bob) so I will find a different salon. I would have appreciated being told she would be charging me extra for something she had always done in the past without excess fees. Who leaves a salon with wet hair? Poor customer service.
