Review content:
I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone and absolutely do not trust the owner, or mechanics. They seem not to care about their work or their customers. \r

Ordered a tire from these folks and got a quote of $48 for installation. When it was done, the NEW price was $70 because the owner for got to tell me about some kind of added charge because I had a larger cruiser type bike. He knew what bike I had because he rode it in the parking lot. He unnecessarily and unsafely accelerated through his parking lot at full power. I was horrified that he would treat my bike like that! He offered to split the extra lift charge with me, but insisted on charging me the extra money. Obviously the extra $22 was worth losing a customer over. To make things worse, they also changed the final drive oil on my bike with out my permission and then had the audacity to charge me an additional $22 for it on top of the misquoted tire change! The owner also made me feel very uncomfortable in his waiting area by demanding that I pay for the unauthorized service with several other customers present. \r

The cherry on top was when they brought my bike around it had greasy hand prints on the tank and mirrors, the rim was covered in brown oily hand prints and was completely filthy with lines of oil drips. The tire valve stem cap was also not on. When I brought it to the owner's attention he didn't seem to care, he didn't offer to clean any of it off, he just stood there and said I'll have to talk to them about that. This is completely unacceptable and very bad business. In a world where customer service is so important, this business can not afford to treat customers like that. Do your self a favor and don't consider Full Power Cycle if you need work done on your motorcycle; it has been a headache for me.
Pros: Nothing good to say about Full Power Cycle; I had a horrible experience!
Cons: Rude, dishonest, expensive, unknowledgable, no waiting area, dirty
