Review content:
I should have read these reviews before walking into the practice. I had to pay for two crowns up front, before they started the work. Against my better judgment, I was prepped for two crowns and then my teeth were cleaned on the same day. When I developed an infection, I discovered that although they advertise 24 hour emergency care there is only an answering machine. The message says they will get back to you on the next business day. Neither temporary crown has lasted more than two weeks, and it will be at least two more weeks before the permanent crowns are ready. When the first temporary came off it could not be refitted. I was given the choice of having my healthy opposing tooth ground down or going through another crown preparation - grinding, string below the gum line for impressions, and a new temporary. I went through the second choice and have developed a second infection. It is Saturday, and there is no help til the next business day. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
