Review content:
In late 2006, I hired Pat Dean to put a wall fountain in my courtyard. I paid $4750, one half up front and one half at completion. Although he started VERY slowly, he did, eventually, after months of nagging, construct the fountain. A week later, it started leaking. It also splashes so much it empties itself overnight. It's a HUGE mess (after several band-aid iterations) and an eyesore in my lovely courtyard. I've been on his butt for over two years. I had NO idea he'd declared bankruptcy since my project ended and was both astonished and alarmed to read it in these reviews. The fountain is going to have to be demolished and replaced, I'm afraid. I suppose, since I've learned about the bankruptcy, I'll end up paying for it myself. I'm so sorry for those who have lost so much money. Do not deal with this man or you'll be ever-so-sorry you did. Cons: He's a mess and so is his work
