I can't comment on Pat Dean Landscaping's installation or work in general, but I can tell you that the company is operating on a shoestring budget. After giving Pat Dean a deposit of almost $3,500, he kept putting the project off until finally we cancelled. He said he would return the deposit. Not only did he not return our deposit but he wanted us to sign an agreement allowing him to pay us back in installments over 90 days! In other words, he has spent our deposit funding a current landscaping project. To date we have received only $2,000 back from him and I doubt we'll see the rest. He's also a real estate agent with Keller Williams, although he's obviously not selling too many houses! \r

Just be warned...he's a nice guy but obviously not a good businessman.\r
