From the moment we were greeted, my husband and I said nothing but 'Yes""!!! and Shut Up!!! all evening. It was our anniversary and we were welcomed with special flowers on the table and a Happy Anniversary greeting from each member of the staff. Very subtle though. I had the Escolar and Lobster which was perfectly prepared...pan seared and cooked just untill the fish transluceny were gone. Perfect and perfect portions, not gauche or heaped. My husband had the New Zealand Lamb with a Balsamic Fig reduction, the flavors melded so well with the Mascarpone Sweet Potatoes and Roasted Beets that he wanted to lick the plate. The lobster bisque was better than one we travel to France for twice a year!!! The wine list had over 200 selections with every price point. \r
There were a number of young people working in this place but they were so seasoned and trained you were proud for them. Great job by people who obviously care and know what they are doing. WE are telling everyone we know in Dallas and will return very soon!!!
Pros: Great Ambiance, Terrific Food and Consistent Service
Cons: This restaurant is not in my neighborhood. They told us to book early for holiday week-ends.
