Review content:
Mama's Used Cars is a sort of ""sub"" dealership of Palmetto Ford. I don't know about Palmetto, but this dealership left a lot to be desired. The salesmen seemed absent minded, frequently running back out to our car with some ""almost forgot"" type information. We eventually settled on a vehicle with some repair requests. It took about a week to get our car back, with only two of the requests met. When we picked up the car, the salesman failed to mention the remaining jobs. He also left out of conversation that the dash console was now cracked. When I brought it up, he responded with a passive snip at my integrity saying that he couldn't say that it had or hadn't already been there. This could be solely due to personal opinion, but talking with the salesmen leaves us with the feeling that we're nagging them. It was an overall ""sign and get out"" atmosphere. Not the feeling you want coming from a company you just gave thousands of your dollars to.\r \r In conclusion, it's up to the buyer to shop around. In all fairness, have a chat with them, and hopefully you'll leave with a more pleasant experience. Pros: Not unwilling to be talked down Cons: Were not very informative
