I cannot recommend Jovan's after they permanently stained my drivers seat. The owner offered excuses, as to how it happened. She lied about it and was not accountable for her or her staff's mistake. \r

There was little attention to ""detail"" so just writing to ""balance out a poor rating"" is both contentious and contrived. \r
\r
WASHTUB does a better job!
