I wanted to add another hard drive to my server. The sales person sold me a green one. Which means it goes to sleep. Not good in a server. I came back and said I wanted a Seagate 1 terabyte. The salesman hands me a 2 terabyte and promises it will work in my server. They would not alow me to transferr the data in the store, so I had to return home with both of the hard drives. After hours of trying to move the files from the green to the seagate, I called hp support. I returned to the store with instructions to save my data and install the 1 terabyte as requested, The 2 terabyte was too large for my EX-470 Server. Did the Geek Squad follow the Hewlet Packard Tech. Staff directions and save my data?....NO...I could not afford to pay for three hard drives and perform the transferr myself. So I returned the two hard drives, purchased the third hard drive and asked them to please follow these steps to transferr my data. I was charged for the geek squad service and when I got home and powered up the Server, What did I Find?...You got it, They failed again to follow simple instructions. For my data loss they gave me a $30.00 gift card. As if I wanted to give them any more of my business. Pros: Best price on computers Cons: poor service
