I don't usually write reviews but nobody should have to go through this. We have used this company for the past few years because it was the service the previous owners used when we moved into the house. Every year it gets harder and harder to get them to service our system. They rarely return phone calls and when you do get them on the phone they come up with excuses as to why they have to put you off or just don't show up when they say they will causing missed time from work to meet them. When they do finally show up they are not friendly and rush through the process. This year we started calling early to schedule a service call. Now, weeks later, we are still trying to get them to show up. I don't know if they are understaffed or what but I find this to be unacceptable. We are finally going to try to find another company to give our business to that will show up when they say they will and do a thorough job.
